Summary

Finding
The physical question is resolved. The corridor logged as LOC-0018 does correspond to unaccounted structural space, confirmed independently by two measurement methods. Whatever Ring Seven was, it appears to have been a real, physically built space that was later omitted from every subsequent record.
The Larger Question
What Archive Correlation cannot resolve is why. No demolition order, no reclassification memo, and no incident report explains the omission. The sublevel was not destroyed, sealed by accident, or lost to a fire or flood — every one of those would have left paperwork. It was, as far as the Network's own records are concerned, never there.
