FAQ
Does this install anything?
No. The diagnostic runs with browser APIs. Device-permission tests ask the browser for permission only when you start them.
Does G7 upload my device input?
These Test Lab modules are designed to run locally in the page. Camera and microphone previews are processed in the browser and are not sent to a G7 processing endpoint.
Can one failed result prove the hardware is broken?
Not always. Browser, operating-system, permission, driver, cable, wireless and power settings can produce similar symptoms. Use the troubleshooting guidance and compare another environment before replacing hardware.
